Ms. Nicole Taylor is a new addition to Adoption ARC family and she comes to us with 14+ years of experience in social services; specializing in child welfare, family programming, substance abuse treatment, case management, residential monitoring, and supporting homeless families with their transition to permanent housing. Ms. Taylor is no stranger to the family court system as she spent years attesting the safety of children and the compliance of biological and foster parent's family service plan goals. Her work as a Parent Supervisor provided the challenging, yet fulfilling task of supporting biological parents in their quest to obtain reunification with their children. Therefore, it was no surprise when Ms. Taylor decided to continue her education obtaining her Masters of Science in Administration of Human Service from Chestnut Hill College in 2013. Ms. Taylor always had a passion for education which is why she played an instrumental role in supporting consumers with their quest to reengage in an academic setting. Ms. Taylor is ready to embark on this new journey as Birth Parent Counselor having the commitment and drive to provide meaningful quality service.
