Rita Toliver-Roberts

Rita has been employed at Adoption Arc for over 8 years. She began her employment as a birth parent counselor and was soon promoted to Social Worker Supervisor.  After several years, Rita decided to explore other career opportunities but remained part time at ARC as a caseworker.  Rita currently conducts home study and post placement visits for the agency.  Rita holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and a master's degree in Counseling from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. Rita is currently working on her dissertation and hopes complete her doctoral degree from Rowan University by May 2007.  Rita resides in Williamstown, New Jersey with her husband and son both named David.
