Birthparents Adoption ARC believes that in most cases the birth parent(s) should provide a permanent home for the child. Therefore, Adoption ARC will provide birth families with free counseling and referrals to help keep the family intact. Adoption ARC will provide pre-placement and post-placement counseling free of charge. The birth parent will have the opportunity to select the adoptive family, when appropriate. Adoption ARC will encourage an "open" relationship between the birth and adoptive families. We will be the arc that bridges this relationship.
